However, the communication with the staff was lacking. our towels were not replaced promptly and there was some confusion at check-in, which put a damper on our experience.

The beds, pillows and duvet were very comfortable, really helped us sleep like babies. Also, I loved how we were just a stroll away from all those strawberry taho vendors in the morning, man, you can’t beat that!

During our three-night family stay, we were thrilled by the hotel’s proximity to popular spots like the charming Igorot Garden and the delightful 50's Diner, making our city strolls easy and enjoyable. however, a minor mix-up with our room number upon arrival put a little damper on our otherwise smooth experience with our kids in tow.

The basic amenities left much to be desired. no drinking water was provided, and the single tiny shampoo for a four-day stay was just shy of ridiculous. The check-out time being at 11 AM caught us off guard, especially since we rolled in late the night before, leaving us feeling rushed. Also, there were no rags for wet floors, which didn't help with comfort. Just a heads-up—it's a 20-minute walk to the night market if you're planning to explore on foot.

The cozy furnishings and beautiful mountain views made my stay delightful, and the terrace was perfect for enjoying the cool Baguio weather. The secure parking and well-equipped kitchen added to the comfort, making it a lovely retreat.
